The goverment
The goverment has the responsability to make us feel secure and to create different educational programmes for the gangs of the city. Some schools in Cali could contribute by sharing the schools facilities or campus for this educational programmes , and the goverment has the responsabilitie to desing,coordinate thia programmes or to create a institution for the ganger people in Cali.
The citizens
We as students in our schools can educate this gangs groups throught this educational programmes organized, coordinated by the goverment. In our school CCB the CAS (Creativity, activity and service) could colaborated with this educational programme.
Other people such as charities foundations could also help or contribute subscribing adult and well educated people that want to help this educational programe.
Police institutions
They also have a big part of the responsabilitie with the problem of gangs they could colaborate with the educational programme by subscribing some of the members of the police institutions that are well educated to this educational programe so they can teach the gangs.
Health programme
The health institutions can also create a health programme for the gangs groups, in an educational heatlh programmme that can educate them.
The health institution can share their facilities to attend this group in the ESP programmes in the city of cali, througt the SISBEN health programme.
